Soraya Manpreet Kaur

Sturbridge...Soraya Manpreet Kaur, born on July 6th, 2021, passed away on August 6th, 2021. Soraya is survived by her parents, Daljit Singh and Lori Gidopoulos; her sisters Kassandra Kania, her partner Steffani Maduro, Adrianna Gidopoulos, and Kristina Gidopoulos; her aunts and uncles Baljit Kaur, her husband Dharminderjit Singh, Kuljit Singh, Tracy Corriveau, and her husband Chris Corriveau; and her grandparents Jagir Singh, Surinder Kaur, and Kathleen Kania.  Soraya is predeceased by her grandfather Walter Kania Jr. 

Soraya was a strong NICU fighter, who was nicknamed “the rockstar of the NICU”. Soraya loved cuddles and grabbing fingers. She also loved to look around her at her family, dream, and wiggle around.

A Celebration of Life Luncheon in memory of Soraya will be determined at a later date.

Soraya’s family requests in lieu of flowers, that donations be made in her name to the UMass Memorial Medical Center, Attn: NICU Center, 119 Belmont Street, Worcester, MA
