Simone R. (Basiliere) Hebert

Southbridge...Simone R. (Basiliere) Hebert, 101, died Monday, May 5, 2025, following a long illness.  Her husband was the late Amedee Hebert who died in 2017.

She leaves her son Mark and his wife Cindi Hebert of Ft. Myers, FL, and her daughter Susan Hebert of Southbridge, 4 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchilddren, and a great-great-grandson. She leaves her daughter-in-law Carol Hebert of Alabama, and a very close niece Elaine Pender and her husband Tom of Flanders, NJ. She was predeased by her son David Hebert who died in March 2024, and her brother Armand Baliliere of California.

Mrs. Hebert was born in Southbridge, September 28, 1923, daughter of Armand and Lea (Belanger) Basiliere and has lived here all her life. She was a member of the former Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, and its Ladies of St. Anne Sodality. She retired in 1985 from the American Optical Company.

Funeral services will be private.
