Southbridge - Shirley A. (Mahan) Leduc, 91, passed away peacefully on December 5, 2025, at the Life Care Center in Auburn, MA. A devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Shirley dedicated her life to her family. She cherished every moment spent with her grandchildren. In her spare time she could often be found relaxing on the beach at Cape Cod, or shopping to her hearts content at JCPenney.
Her loving husband of 64 years, Roland W. Leduc,, died November 18, 2023. She is survived by her daughter Cynthia Proulx and her companion, Joe Carrington; her son Christopher Leduc and his companion, Deena Weatherwax; her two granddaughters, Erin Proulx and her companion, Chris Nichols, and Kasey Proulx and her companion, Brandon Labelle. She also leaves behind her four great-grandchildren: Jordan, Jameson, Kaylynn, and Jionni, who all brought immense joy to her life. She is predeceased by her brother Robert Mahan, and her grandson Joshua Proulx.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 19th at 11AM at New Notre Dame Cemetery, 746 N. Woodstock Road, Southbridge.
