Santos "SAM" S Roman

Santos "Sam" S. Roman, 86, died February 14, 2024, at UMass Memorial Health/Harrington, after an illness.  He is survived by his fiancée, Claire (Thibert) Livernois, his partner of 40 years.

He is survived by his stepsons Ralph Bass, Brian Tellier, and Raymond Tellier, and 2 stepgrandchildren Sheena Bass, and Brian Tellier.  He was predeceased by his stepson Roy Tellier

Sam was born in Isabela, Puerto Rico, son of Jose Rios and Petra Roman, and has lived here for many years.  He retired from Amerbelle Corp. of Vernon, CT where he worked for many years.  

He enjoyed playing poker, NASCAR, and car mechanics. He also enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

Funeral services will be private.  Sansoucy Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
