Raymond D. Richard

Southbridge...Raymond D. Richard, 96,  died July 27th, at The Overlook in Charlton. His wife was the late Olivette V. (Bibeault) Richard who died in 2016.

He is survived by 2 daughters Christine Casaubon and her husband Joel of E. Brookfield, and Ellen Bissonette and her husband Thomas of Ashburn, VA, 3 grandchildren Lois Aud, Neal Casaubon, and Elise Chaput, and 5 great-grandchildren. He also leaves many nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by 2 brothers Ernest Richard and Albert Richard, and 2 sisters Rita Leduc and Irene Leduc.

Mr. Richard was the son of the late Delphis and Beatrice (Vary) Richard, and lived here all his life.  He was a parishioner of St. John Paul II Parish (Notre Dame Church)  and a graduate of the former Cole Trade High School.  He was a self-employed designer and sign painter for most of his life.  He enjoyed reading, woodworking, and art.
