Southbridge...Pauline (Marcienne) Brousseau (Tetreault) died January 7, 2026. She was predeceased by her husband Gaetan J. Brousseau, who died October 30, 2011.
She was born on August 13, 1932 in St. Edwidge, Canada, daughter of Donat and Marie-Ange (Fauteux) Tetreault.
She is survived by four sons, Andrew R. Brousseau and his wife Anita of Holland, Dennis R. Brousseau of Southbridge, Michael L. Brousseau and his wife Patricia of Thompson, Connecticut, Ronald D. Brousseau of Southbridge, three daughters, Barbara G. Grenke and her husband Dennis of Charlton, Shirley C. Stevens and her husband Robert of Arizona, and Diane K. Cormier and her husband Andre of East Brookfield, 18 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. She is survived by nine siblings, Celine Chaloux,Bibiane Lanctot, Gaston Tetreault, Lucy Prehemo and her husband Henri, Bernadette Pomerleau, Leopold Tetreault and his wife Therese, Martial Tetreault, Jacynthe Cournoyer and her husband Gaston and Magella Tetreault.
She was also predeceased by a brother Gatien Tetreault and two sisters Evangeline Mathieu and Hermance Lemieux.
Pauline attended college and was a teacher in her younger years in Canada. After she and her husband moved to Southbridge, where she raised her family, she worked for American Optical and moved to Sturbridge upon her retirement.
She enjoyed reading, music, traveling, and visiting with her family and friends.
Funeral arrangements will be announced at a later date.
