Nicole M. Ethier

Southbridge - Nicole M. Ethier, 35, died Monday, September 18, 2023, at UMass Memorial Health Alliance Hospital, Leominster Campus.  

Nicole is survived by her son, Brayden Marchand, of West Brookfield; her daughter, Haylee Nash, of Warren; her father and stepmother, Todd and Lynn Ethier, of Southbridge; her mother, Cheryl (Jacques) Ethier and her partner, John Dancause, of Southbridge; her five brothers: Kevin Ethier and his wife, Stephanie, of Canton; Ryan Ethier and his fiancé, Alice Santana, of Alexandria, VA; Tyler Ethier, of Southbridge; Zachary Dancause, of Southbridge; and John Dancause, Jr.,, of Southbridge; her nephew, Leni Ethier, of Canton; her maternal grandparents, Jeanne Van Der Grift, and Richard Jacques, of Stockton, MO; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.  Nicole was predeceased by her paternal grandparents, Leonard and Cecile ((Bibeau) Ethier.  

Born in Southbridge, MA, on October 6, 1987, Nicole was a lifelong resident of Southbridge.  She graduated with the Class of 2005 from Southbridge High School.  Nicole was a hard worker, and was most recently employed as a waitress at the Kahula Restaurant in Sturbridge.  She was soft-hearted and full of love, and people loved to be around her.  She was full of life, creative, and funny.    

Nicole's funeral will be Thursday, September 28, 2023, with a graveside funeral service at 11:30AM, in Oak Ridge Cemetery, Oak Ridge Road (off Everett Street), Southbridge.  There will be a funeral procession from the funeral home to Oak Ridge Cemetery; please arrive at the funeral home’s parking lot at 11AM. We will begin the procession at 11:15AM.  Sansoucy Funeral Home, 40 Marcy Street, Southbridge, MA is handling Nicole's funeral arrangements.
