Mark R. Genereux

Southbridge...Mark R. Genereux, 70, died Monday, February 3, 2025, after an illness.

He is survived by his father Richard H. Genereux of Southbridge, his brother David Genereux and his wife Susan of Holden, his sister Michelle Genereux and her husband Joseph Campione of Merrimac, MA, and his nephews and nieces Matthew Campione, Elise Campione, Evan Genereux and Caitlin Genereux Duke.

He was born in Southbridge, December 14, 1954, son of Richard (Dick) Genereux and the late Lee (Leona)  Delage Genereux, and has lived here all his life.  He was a member of Notre Dame Church and a graduate of Southbridge High School, Class of 1973. He also graduated from Nichols College  obtaining his Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, and from Springfield Tech Community College, where he obtained a  Degree in Computer Science and Engineering. He retired from the Town of Southbridge Assessor's Office, where he worked as the Principal Clerk and Data Collector, and previously worked at the MacKinnon Training Center, as an Employment Specialist.

Mark was the owner/operator of Good Vibration Music Service (DJ Service) for many years, and was a classic car enthusiast.

Funeral Services will be held at a later date and time to be announced.

Sansoucy Funeral Home, 40 Marcy Street, Southbridge is assisting with arrangements.
