Lucille M. (Parent) Proulx

Southbridge..Lucille M. (Parent) Proulx, 95, died August 23, 2024, at The Overlook Masonic Health Center.  Her husband was the late George V. Proulx who died in 2005. 

She leaves her sons David G. Proulx and his wife Lori of Dudley, Dennis G. Proulx and his wife Karen of Sanford, Florida, and her daughter Emily Mantineo and her husband Daniel of Southbridge, and her grandchildren: Daniel, Michael, Steven, Shannon, Dennis, Dennis,  Alexander, Corinne, and her great-grandchildren: Hannah, Addisyn, Tristan, William, and Samuel.  Mrs. Proulx was predeceased by her siblings Paul R. Parent, George Parent, Richard Parent, Pauline Parent, Anita Parent, and Elaine Curran.

She was born in Southbridge, daughter of Emile and Rita (Richard) Parent and has lived most of her life in Southbridge.  She was a member of Notre Dame Church, and was a graduate of the former Mary E. Wells High School.   She worked for many years as a sales clerk at the former Latour Hardware.

A graveside service will be held at 11AM on September 4, 2024, at New Notre Dame Cemetery, 746 N. Woodstock Road, Southbridge, MA 01550. Sansoucy Funeral Home, 40 Marcy Street, Southbridge is assisting with the arrangements.
