Loretta M. (Missiewicz) Kaszowski

Charlton ~ Loretta M. (Missiewicz) Kaszowski, 90, died Saturday, March 2, 2024 peacefully at her home, surrounded by her loving family.  

She married Robert J. Kaszowski, Sr. on April 18, 1953.  They were married for 62 years until his death on May 8, 2015.  She is survived by her sons: Kenneth Kaszowski, Brian Kaszowski and his wife, Maggie, Jeffrey Kaszowski and his wife, Lori, and Gary Kaszowski and his fiancée, Shanda Rascoe; her daughter, Donna Remillard and her fiancé, Julius "Buddy" Konkol, Jr., all of Charlton; 6 grandchildren: Joseph Remillard, Darren Remillard, Ashley Kaszowski, Amber Kaszowski, Bryce Kaszowski, and Macey Kaszowski, all of Charlton; 2 great-grandchildren Aria and Emilia Milian, both of Charlton; her brother, Francis Missiewicz of Fabyan, CT; several nephews and nieces; and by her beloved cat, Peanush.  Loretta was predeceased by her son, Robert J. Kaszowski, Jr., who died June 7, 2014; her brother, John Missiewicz, and her sisters Theresa Anctil and Barbara Missiewicz.  

Born August 23, 1933, Loretta was the daughter of the late Boleslaw and Josephine (Kaminski) Missiewicz.  She worked with her husband and family for many years on their dairy farm, and she was a proud homemaker. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, baking, and wintering in Cape Coral, FL.  Most of all, Loretta enjoyed her family.  

A calling hour for Loretta will be Friday, March 8, 2024 from 9-10:15AM at Sansoucy Funeral Home, 40 Marcy Street, Southbridge, MA 01550, followed by a graveside funeral service at 11AM at West Ridge Cemetery, Main Street, Charlton, MA.
