Katherine Ann Fontaine

Katherine Ann Fontaine passed away on October 24, 2025, at the age of 71 years old. 

She leaves her son Richard Provost Jr. (Lori) of Charlton, MA and her grandchildren Alyssa Maldonado, Olivia Provost, Elizabeth Goyette, Kali Provost and Connor Provost, and great -granddaughter Evalina Maldonado. She leaves her daughter Patricia Collins (Brandon) of Chatsworth, GA and grandchildren, Colt Savard of Madison GA and Isabella Harridge of Madison GA. She also leaves a sister Karen Recore of Ohio. She was predeceased by her brother Harry Fontaine, Jr.

Katherine (Kathy) was born in Waltham MA, daughter of the late Harry and Eleanor (Nelson) Fontaine, and lived many years in Charlton where she graduated from the former Charlton High School.  She graduated from David Hale Fanning School of Practical Nursing in 1985, and also attended Quinsigamond Community College.

Private burial services were held at Saint Mary's Cemetey, Southbridge. Anyone wishing to visit and give their respects is welcome.
