Joseph F Carrington

Charlton...Joseph F. Carrington,73, died November10, 2020, at St. Francis Nursing and Rehab Center of Worcester, after a brief illness. His wife Madeleine (Parent) Carrington passed away in July 2003.  He leaves his son Joseph and his longtime girlfriend Cindy of Charlton, his grandsons Richard Carrington and his fiancee Missy of Charlton,  Justin Carrington of Southbridge, and his granddaughter Tonya of New York, and his great-grandson Mason of Charlton.  Joe also leaves his sister Lillian and her husband Bill of Rutland, and his brother-in-law David Parent and his wife Donna of Charlton, many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his son Richard Carrington of Southbridge. 

He was born in Charlton, son of Joseph and Sylvia (Bond) Carrington, and lived in Charlton all his life.

Joe loved the outdoors, and he enjoyed building bird-houses, which are located all over the surrounding towns. He also loved to mow lawns, and to tinker with broken lawnmowers and snowblowers.  Joe could fix just about anything.  In his younger years, he enjoyed riding his 3 wheeler.  He loved to go into the woods and look for deer and turkeys.

Funeral services will be held privately.
