Sturbridge...Janet A. (King) Riley, 70, died Friday, September 4, 2020, after an illness. She leaves her husband of 50 years, Joseph P. Riley. They were married February 7, 1970.
She is survived by 2 sons Michael J. Riley of Southbridge, Fred A. Riley of Oakland Park, FL and a daughter Jennifer A. Olson of Sturbridge, 2 grandchildren Caleb M Olson and Callen M. Olson.
She also leaves a brother Craig King and a sister Carol Scott both of Springfield and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother William G. King, Jr of Florida.
Janet was born in Springfield, April 2, 1950, daughter of William G. King, Sr. and Joyce Marie Barnes King. She lived many years in Chicopee, before moving to Sturbridge. She was a retired security officer at Foxwoods Casino. She enjoyed gardening, crossword puzzles, and the Springfield Thunderbirds Hockey.
The burial will be private at St. Rose of Lima Cemetery in Chicopee. Sansoucy Funeral Home, 40 Marcy Street, Southbridge, MA 01550 is directing the arrangements.
