Irene L. (Langlois) Fontaine

Southbridge/Webster...Irene L. (Langlois) Fontaine, 79, died Saturday, September 3, 2022, at UMass Memorial Health/Harrington.

She is survived by her 3 sons: Warren P. Fontaine and his wife Caroline of Southbridge, James W. Fontaine and his wife June of Southbridge, and Brad J. Fontaine of Southbridge. She also leaves 5 grandchildren, Arianna Fontaine, Marissa Fontaine, Taylor Fontaine, Jaime Fontaine, and Tori Fontaine.  She also leaves her brother Armand J Fontaine and his wife Jane of Sturbridge. and nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her 2 sisters, Dolores Brousseau and Diana Bastien.

Irene was born November 23, 1942, daughter of the late Armand and Carmen (Cardenas) Langlois and has lived in Southbridge for most of her life before moving to Webster.

She was a graduate of the former Mary E. Wells High School and worked for many years as the receptionist for the late Dr. William Brunelle. 

There are no calling hours.  Burial will be private.
