Gladys M (Gonzalez) Santiago

Southbridge...Gladys M. (Gonzalez) Santiago, 74,  dies Friday, December 15, 2023 after a brief illness.  She is survived by her 3 sons: Jose Soto of Puerto Rico, Angel Santiago of Puerto Rico, Jose Rivera of Boston, and 5 daughters: Maria Santiago of Puerto Rico, Blanca Archilla of Chelsea, Ramona Rivera of Haverhill, Jessica Almanzar of Southbridge, and Angela Santiago of Southbridge. She also leaves 15 grandchidren, Isaac, Jason, Isaiah, Jalizah, Skyla, Milagro, Jayliana, Isabel, Elijah, Scott, Adalis, Jeremiah, Destiny, Armani, Jessmariah, and one great-grandson Jeremiah.

Gladys was born in Barceloneta, PR, daughter of Agapito Maisonet and Josefina Gonzalez, and has lived in Haverhill before moving to Southbridge. She was a homemaker who enjoyed taking care of her family.  She loved to dance,  had a spunky personaltiy, enjoyed making people laugh, but most of all she loved spending time with her family.

Calling hours are Friday, December 29, 2023, from 10-11:30am at Sansoucy Funeral Home, 40 Marcy Street, Southbridge, MA 01550.  Burial will follow at Saint Mary's Cemetery, Charlton Street, Southbridge.
