Southbridge...Edmond V. Arpin, 67, a lifelong resident of Southbridge, died at UMass Medical Center/University Campus after being stricken ill at home. He leaves his wife of 46 years, Joyce T. (Remillard) Arpin. They were married August 25, 1973.
Besides his wife, he leaves 2 sons Gregory Arpin of Providence, and Jason Arpin and his fiancée Melissa of Swansea, MA and one granddaughter Esmé . He also leaves 3 brothers Paul L. Arpin, Mark J. Arpin, and Peter R. Arpin all of Southbridge.

Eddie was born in Southbridge August 20, 1952, son of the late Robert and Veronique (Peloquin) Arpin. He graduated from the former Marianhill Central Catholic High School, Class of 1971. After graduation, he enlisted in the US Air Force serving for 3 years. He was an active member of the former Sacred Heart of Jesus Church and served as an acolyte for many years. He enjoyed watching movies and spending time with his family.
