Dennis W. Ceccarelli

Southbridge...Dennis W. Ceccarelli, 72, a lifelong resident of Southbridge, died Friday, April 7, 2023, at Umass Memorial Medical Center/University Campus.  

He was born in Southbridge, son of the late Arthur and Jeanne (LeBlanc) Ceccarelli.  

He is survived by his brother David Ceccarelli and his wife Kate of S. Yarmouth, MA, and 8 nieces and nephews: Lisa Ruest, Darcy Cook, Kimberly Steed, Kerrie Dellamano, Jennifer Smith, Brian Ceccarelli, Jamie Van Buren, and Joe Ceccarell, and many grandnieces and grandnephews.  He was predeceased by his brother Paul Ceccarelli of Auburn who died in  2021, his sister Louise (Ceccarelli) Flaherty of Franklin who died in 2021, and his nephew Sean Flaherty who died 2018.

Dennis was a member of St. John Paul II Parish, and attended school in Southbridge.  He was a devoted employee of Harrington Memorial Hospital where he worked for over 45 years in the housekeeping department.

A calling hour will be held on Wednesday, April 26th, from 10-11AM at Sansoucy Funeral Home, 40 Marcy Street, Southbridge, MA.  A graveside service will follow at New Notre Dame Cemetery, 746 N. Woodstock Road, Southbridge, MA 01550.
