Delore "Del" W Bessette

Southbridge...Delore W. "Del" Bessette, 61, died at home, December 16th, surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by his sons Steven Bessette of Southbridge, Richard Bessette and his wife Jessica of Southbridge, Joshua Jameson of Newton, Jason Bessette of Southbridge, William Bessette of Southbridge, a stepson Leonard Dupont of Worcester, and 4 daughters Kayla Warden, Amber Warden, Elysia Richardson and Helen Bessette all of Southbridge, and 4 grandchildren Cameron, Nichols, Kendra, and Steven Bessette, Jr.  He also leaves 4 brothers, Wayne Bessette and his wife Linda of Ohio, Michael Bessette and his wife Ruth of Charlton, and Roger Bessette of  NY, and Arthur "Skip" Bessette of Tennessee, 3 sisters Helen Lemieux and her husband Michael of Palmer, Mel Bessette and her husband Bruce of Webster, and Sharon Hazzard,  many nieces and nephews.

He was born in Worcester, son of Richard and Helen (McKay) Bessette,  and was a lifelong resident of Southbridge. He worked for many years in the building maintenance department of residential housing. He enjoyed going to the casino, wrestling, taking rides in his car, and most of all loved spending time with his family. 

Due to Covid-19, funeral services will be private.
