Southbridge ~  Deborah J. (Dombroski) Lindberg, 71, was surrounded by her loving family when she died on Saturday, August 26, 2023 at UMass Memorial Hospital's University Campus, 55 Lake Avenue North, Worcester.

Deborah is survived by her beloved husband of 52 years, Alan G. Lindberg.  They were married October 17, 1970 after only dating for 9 months; true love at its finest.  She is also survived by her sons: Craig A. Lindberg and his significant other, Sonya, of Millbury, MA, and Todd E. Lindberg of Dudley, MA; her daughter, Tara M. Berry and her husband, Christopher, of Southbridge, MA; 7 grandchildren: Kristen, Julia, Evan, Abigail, Aaron, Lilly, and Eden; her brother, Mark Dombroski and his wife, Trina, of Sutton, MA; her sisters: Suellen Prendiville and her husband, Joseph, of Leicester, MA, and Karen Witowski and her husband, Dennis, of Sutton, MA; as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Joseph Dombroski.

Born in Worcester, MA, on January 20, 1952, Deborah is the daughter of the late Joseph and Edna (Foster) Dombroski. She worked at Guaranty Bank in the operations department where she met the love of her life.  After marriage, and when her children were young, she worked as a pharmacy technician at CVS Pharmacy and then later settled down with a long term career as a Title Examiner out of the Worcester court house for the Law Office of Nelson and O'Connell.

A favorite quote of Deborah's is: "If you ask me what I came into this world to do, I will tell you; I came to live out loud".  Very fitting for a woman who has fought and survived cancer several times.  Among her many hobbies and talents, Deborah loved baking with her grandchildren.  She also enjoyed painting, knitting, and bird houses. She loved to cook, and was absolutely amazing at it. She was very artistically gifted, and she had the ability to create something beautiful out of anything she touched.

Deborah's family would like to express their thanks and gratitude to the nurses, doctors, and staff at UMass University's Campus for the tender and compassionate care they provided both Deborah and our family while Deborah was their patient.
