Dana Paul DiGregorio

Holland - Dana P. DiGregorio, 60, died Friday, September 1, 2017, at Harrington Memorial Hospital, following a brief illness. 

Dana is survived by his wife, Debra "Debbie" (Wassmer) DiGregorio, whom he married June 23, 1979.  He is also survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Nicholas and Brenda DiGregorio, of Charlton, MA; his daughter and son-in-law, Dana Lee and Christopher Mallon, of Sturbridge; five grandchildren, Jomaris, Bella, and Olivia DiGregorio of Charlton; and Aoife and Keira Mallon of Sturbridge, MA; his brother, David DiGregorio, and his wife, Jan, of Southbridge, MA; three sisters, Catherine "Cathy" Nikolla, of Southbridge, Mary Beth, wife of Daniel Parent, of Fiskdale, MA; and Julie, wife of Ricky Begin, of Milford, MA; his nephew, Greg Nikolla, of Sturbridge; and many nephews, nieces, extended family members, and friends. 

Born in Worcester, MA on April 5, 1957, Dana was the son of the late Rudolph "Rudi" and Constance "Connie" (Gravel) DiGregorio.  He graduated from Southbridge High School with the class of 1975.  Dana was a bartender, having worked at many local bars in Southbridge, MA.  He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Southbridge, MA, and he had a love of motorcycles.  There will be a benefit for Dana at the Fraternal Order of Eagles Club, 59 Mill Street, Southbridge, MA on September 23, 2017 beginning at 2pm. 

The funeral will be Friday, September 8, 2017, from Sansoucy Funeral Home, 40 Marcy Street, Southbridge, MA 01550, with the Mass at 10am at St. Mary's Church, 263 Hamilton Street, Southbridge, MA.  Calling hours will be Thursday, September 7, 2017, from 4-7pm at the funeral home.  Burial will be private at a later date.  The family asks you to consider making memorial donations to an organization of your choice.
