Constance (Desaulniers) Piazzo

Constance “Connie” (Desaulniers) Piazzo passed away on June 26, 2024 at the age of 97. She was born in Southbridge to Leo and Elizabeth Desaulniers. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Bob, and her dear son David. She was also predeceased by her 5 brothers.  She is survived by her children, Robin Weber ( Nick); Michael Piazzo ( Diane); and Marcie Wood ( Mark); and her daughter in law , Kathy Piazzo. She is leaving behind her grandchildren, Emily  Smith (Josh); Marcus Piazzo (Justine), Elizabeth Weber (Jeff), Audrey Weber, Nathan Piazzo(Jill) and Saoirse Wood. In addition, she is survived by 8 great-grand children, and her nieces and nephews.

Connie was a generous, kind, and spirited woman. The most important moments in her life were those shared with her family. Her other interests include reading, painting and crafting, decorating, shopping ( especially to buy presents).  She was a great baker. She also taught us all about Bingo!

A funeral mass is planned for July 9, 2024, 11:00AM  at Notre Dame Church in Southbridge, followed by  interment in the Holland Cemetery. Sansoucy Funeral Home, 40 Marcy Street, Southbridge, MA, is handling Connie’s funeral arrangements.
