Charles S. Coburn

Barre...Charles S. Coburn, 73, died Sunday, April 14, 2024, at St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester after an illness.

He is survived by his son Ricky Coburn and his wife Aimee of Southbridge, his daughter Lori and her husband Donald Fleurie of Southbridge, 2 step-sons: Christopher Colon and his wife Amber of Southbridge, and Paul Colon and his wife Elizabeth of Ware, MA.  He also leaves 6 grandchildren: Elizabeth Coburn, Haily Coburn, Matthew Coburn, Dominic Coburn, Kaily Coburn and Mia Coburn.

He was predeceased by his brothers: Clarence Coburn and Samuel Coburn both of Southbridge, and his sister Joan M. Ricci of Southbridge.

He was a proud veteran of the US Army serving from 1969-1972.

He was born in North Brookfield, son of Clarence and Shirley M. (Mason) Coburn. He worked at Russell Harrington Cutlery (Dexter Russell) in Southbridge for many years.
