Brenda (Vilandre) Tremblay

Fiskdale...Brenda (Vilandre) Tremblay, age 76, of Fiskdale, passed away peacefully at home on April 18, 2025.  She is survived by her husband Paul, with whom she celebrated 57 years of marriage in March.  

She leaves 4 children; Jeff Tremblay and his wife Cheryl, Scott Tremblay and his wife Holly, Mark Tremblay and his wife Shannon, and Stacey Carey and her husband Robert.  She also leaves a sister, Sandra St. Francis, and her husband Bob, 10 grandchildren, Sarah, Joseph, Matthew, Alyssa, Shawna, Frank, Carter, Nicholas, TJ, and Conor, and several nieces and nephews.  

She was born in Southbridge, July 23, 1948, daughter of the late, Wilfred and Leona Vilandre, and was predeceased by her brother Roland Vilandre, and her sister Pat Tremblay. 

In addition to her many hobbies, she spent time volunteering at Harrington Hospital.  She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, and enjoyed spending time with her family more than anything else.  She will be greatly missed by all. In lieu of flowers,  donations in Brenda's memory can be made to cancer and diabetes research.

Brenda's funeral will be May 1, 2025, with a calling hour from 9:30-10:30AM at Sansoucy Funeral Home, 40 Marcy Street, Southbridge.  The funeral mass will follow at 11AM at Notre Dame Church, 446 Main Street, Southbridge. Burial will be at New Notre Dame Cemetery,  746 N. Woodstock Road, Southbridge.
