Beatrice A. Osowski, 89, entered her eternal home running into the loving arms of Jesus surrounded by her family on May 6, 2022. Born on September 12, 1932 in Danielson CT, she was the daughter of Albert and Beatrice Lucibella. Bea worked hard all of her life and had many jobs through the years. The most memorable ones were; a driving school instructor where many funny stories were shared, and a home cleaning business where she made many lifelong friends. Bea treasured spending time with her family and was often seen around town with her sister Rose. She loved to gamble for fun with her sisters in Vegas and Foxwoods. She would make weekly trips with Rose and her son David to Connecticut to visit their other sisters and her best friend Helen. She loved cooking for her family whom she adored greatly. Bea enjoyed making her signature cherry squares to gift to people and her famous apple pie for her family. Bea had an adventurous spirit and a great sense of humor. Her favorite thing to do in this world was to spend time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren showering them with love and making memories. She was an amazing example of being a devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother and will be immensely missed and “loved all the time!”
She leaves behind her beloved son David Osowski of Southbridge, daughter Debbie (Osowski) Galichinski of Jackson, PA , her grandchildren; Joshua Galichinski of Jackson, PA and Justin and Megan Galichinski (whom she always thought of as her granddaughter); her great-grandsons, Isaac and Zion; Robin Broughton of Sturbridge who Bea lovingly referred to as her second daughter; her niece Carol Theriault and her husband Pierre of Charlton and many other nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by the father of her children Theodore Osowski, and all 5 of her siblings; Frank Lucibella, Joseph Lucibella, Angeline Cobb, Theresa Zadora and Rose Earnest. Also by her lifelong best friend Helen Desmarais.
A private celebration of life will be held at the convenience of the family at Sansoucy Funeral Home.
