Oxford...Alice R. Magrini Livernois, 64, of Oxford, formerly of Worcester, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. She was surrounded by love, just as she had surrounded others with love throughout her life.
Alice was born on April 15, 1961, in Framingham, Massachusetts. She attended Shepherd Hill Regional High School, where she began developing the strength, resilience, and determination that would guide her through life. She carried that strength with grace.
By day, Alice worked as a skilled paralegal, known for her sharp mind and careful attention to detail. By night, she became the heart of the room as a beloved bartender. She did not just serve drinks, she created connections with her infectious smile, unmistakable laugh, and vibrant personality, she made everyone feel welcome and seen. She loved music, dancing, and any excuse to gather the people she cared about.
Her kitchen was another place where her love came to life. Cooking was how she showed up for others. No one ever left her table hungry, and no one ever left without feeling cared for. Sharing a meal with Alice meant sharing stories, laughter, and the kind of warmth that stays with you long after the plates are cleared.
Family was the center of Alice's world. She is survived by her beloved son Gregory T. Hudon; her daughter, Jami L Delisle; and her cherished grandchildren, Brianna, Savannah, Sophia, Lorenzo, Caydin, and Joshua, who brought her endless pride and joy. She was predeceased by her son Philip D. Livernois, whom she held close in her heart everyday.
Alice is also survived by her loving siblings: her sister, Katherine K.C. Hayes and her husband, Dan Hayes; her sister, Jean Magrini; her brother, Joel Magrini; and her brother, Tom Magrini. She was predeased by her brothers William "Bill" Magrini and John Magrini.
Alice will be remembered for her boundless energy, her generous heart, and the way she made everyone feel like family. Her laughter filled rooms. To her grandchildren her hugs felt like home. The greatest happiness of her life came from time spent with her children, grandchildren, friends, and anyone lucky enough to sit at her table.
Services will he held at a later date.
Though our hearts are heavy, we find comfort in knowing her spirit lives on in every shared meal, every song turned up too loud, and every burst of laughter that echoes just a little longer. Her love does not end here. It continues in the lives she shaped and the memories she gave us.
Though she is no longer with us in body, Alice's love will continue to guide us. May we honor her by living as boldly, loving as firecely, and laughing as loudly as she did.
May she rest in peace.
