Adrien L. Lamoureux

Southbridge...Adrien L. Lamoureux, 96, of Therese Avenue, died Sunday, November 30, 2025, at UMass Memorial Health/Harrington Hospital, after a brief illness.
His wife was the late Dorothy R. (Lataille) Lamoureux, who died February 16, 2015.

Adrien was born in N. Grosvernordale, CT, son of Leo and Aurore (Lajoie) Lamoureux, and has lived mostly in Southbridge.  He was a member of Notre Dame Church, (St. John Paul II Parish), and he attended the former Cole Trade High School.  He retired as a truck driver for Hyde Manufacturing where he worked for many years.

He is survived by his stepson David Belanger, step-daughter Jane Belanger, his granddaughter Kathryn Belanger, and many nieces and nephews, including Patricia Boutin and Robert LeBlanc.  He was predeceased by his son, Brian Maska, and his sisters Lucienne Bergeron, Florence Tercjak, Doris Farnham, Cecile Boutin, Jeannette LeBlanc, Laura Jolly, and Olive Marino.

Adrien enjoyed daily walking at the airport, or the football field, and could often be found shopping at Big Bunny Market, or Big Y. He also enjoyed the friendships he made living at TAG for over 30 years, where he was affectionatley known at "The Mayor of Lebanon Hill Housing."
