Jayden J. Carlson

Southbridge...Jayden J. Carlson, 7, died Thursday, December 21, 2017, at UMass Memorial Medical Center, after a long illness, with his loving family by his side. He is survived by his parents Todd and Deidra  (Wood) Carlson, and his three brothers Caleb Trudeau, Rafe Carlson, and Brody Carlson all of Southbridge. He also leaves his maternal grandparents Kenneth and Rachael Wood of Southbridge, paternal grandparents Theresa Putnam of Auburn, Kenneth Carlson and his wife Gayle of Worcester, and a great-grandmother Dorothy Mahoney of Auburn, many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Jayden was born February 11, 2010,  was a member of Saint Mary's Church (St. John Paul II Parish) and attended the Southern Worcester County Educational Collaborative. 

He loved being surrounded with love by his family, and made many friends with the Southbridge Fire Department, especially the ambulance EMT's and Paramedics.  Jayden also enjoyed "playing" the piano.

Calling hours for Jayden will be held on Wednesday, December 27,  2017, from 5-7PM at Sansoucy Funeral Home, 40 Marcy Street, Southbridge, MA 01550.  The funeral Mass will be held Thursday, December 28, 2017,  at 10AM at Saint Mary's Church, 263 Hamilton Street, Southbridge, MA. Burial services will be private. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation in Jayden's memory to "Sofia's Angels Foundation", 124 Coolidge Hill Road, Watertown,  MA 02472.
