Doris F (Delage) Bertrand

Sturbridge...Doris F. (Delage) Bertrand, 77, of New Boston Road, died Monday, October 23, 2017, at the Overlook Masonic Health Center in Charlton.  
She was the wife of Urban G (Jerry) Bertrand, Jr., with whom she recently celebrated 53 years of marriage. Besides her husband, she leaves her sister-in-law, Joann Johnson of Florida, a nephew and 2 nieces, and many friends. 
Born in Southbridge, she was the daughter of Raymond and Clarinda (Pelletier) Delage. Doris was a graduate of the former Notre Dame High School in Southbridge, and also was a graduate of the former St. Vincent Hospital School of Nursing in Worcester. She worked for many years as a Registered Nurse at the old St Vincent Hospital in Worcester. 
The family would like to thank all staff members of the "Overlook Family" for their exceptional care and kindness. 
Funeral services will be announced at a future date and time. Sansoucy Funeral Home, 40 Marcy Street, Southbridge, MA 01550 is directing arrangements.
