Cynthia L (French) Mason

Southbridge...Cynthia L. (French) Mason, 69, died at home Sunday, January 7, 2018, after a long illness. Her husband of 47 years was the late William D. Mason who died September 10, 2016.  She is survived by her son Scott and his wife Kathy Mason of Southbridge, her daughter Wendy Mason and her fiance William Rolfe of Southbridge, and 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. She also leaves her sister, Maxine Dunn, of Charlton, MA; 3 brothers, Thomas Beattie of Williamsburg, MA, Steven French of Sturbridge, MA, and David French of Sturbridge, MA, and nieces and nephews.

She was born in Southbridge, daughter of the late Earl R. and Mary L. (Houde) French, and has lived here all her life. She attended local schools, and was a homemaker who enjoyed maintaining her home.

Calling hours will be Friday, January 12, 2018, from 5-7pm at Sansoucy Funeral Home, 40 Marcy Street, Southbridge, MA 01550. A Prayer Service will be held at 5PM with Rev. Juan Herrera officiating. Burial will be private.
