Angelique "Jill" P. (Gaumond) Daigle

Southbridge...Angelique "Jill" P. (Gaumond) Daigle, 93, died Thursday, May 10, 2018, at The Overlook Masonic Health Center.  Her husband was the late Edmond G. Daigle who died December 22, 2001. She is survived by sister Dorothy Julian of Southbridge, a sister-in-law Rejean Gaumond of Southbridge, and many nieces and nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.  

She was born in Southbridge, daughter of George and Parmelia (Decelles) Gaumond. She was a lifelong member of Notre Dame Church (St. John Paul II Parish), and graduated from the former Notre Dame High School Class of 1943.  Jill owned and operated Jill's Beauty Shop, for many years, retiring in 1996. She was a member of the Royal Travelers, and the AARP.

Services: Calling hours will be Monday, May 14, 2018, from 5-7PM at Sansoucy Funeral Home, 40 Marcy Street, Southbridge, MA 01550. The funeral Mass, celebrated by her grandnephew, Rev. Peter Langevin, will be Tuesday, May 15, 2018, at 10AM, at Notre Dame Church, 446 Main Street, Southbridge, MA 01550.   Burial will follow at New Notre Dame Cemetery, N. Woodstock Road, Southbridge, MA 01550. In lieu of flowers,  donations may be made to St. John Paul II Parish, 279 Hamilton Street, Southbridge, MA 01550. www.sansoucyfuneral.com
