Christopher "Chris" G. Hirons

Charlton/Worcester...Christopher "Chris"  G. Hirons, 61,  died August 12, 2017, after being stricken ill at home.  He is survived by his 2 sons Derek Hirons and his companion Amanda of Worcester, and Jesse Hirons and his companion Melissa of Holden, and 2 grandson Mason and Gage Hirons.  He leaves his wife Donna Labier Hirons, his sister Beth Kidwell and her husband Michael of Dennis MA, and his former wife Trish Bourassa.

He was born in Fall River, MA, April 7, 1956, son of the late H. Grantham and Patricia (Dugan) Hirons, He lived for many years in Southbridge, and has lived in Worcester for the past 22 years. He graduated from Southbridge High School Class of 1974.  He worked in industrial sales at PureCars, a software system company.  He enjoyed golf, playing guitar, and had an artistic ability in drawing and sketching.  He loved to make people laugh with his great sense of humor and was known for his comic impressions of Rodney Dangerfield, who he loved to imitate. He also loved his cat "Swee'Pea".

Calling hours will be Friday, August 18 2017, from 5-7PM at Sansoucy Funeral Home, 40 Marcy Street, Southbridge, MA 01550 with a funeral home prayer service at 6:30PM with Rev. Richard Signore, officiating. Burial will be in the family cemetery in Rhode Island.
